On the Threshold of Dreams and Sleep
Music and guided meditation
October 11, November 8, and December 6, 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Cité-des-Hospitalières
251 Avenue des Pins Ouest — Community Room
As the days grow shorter and autumn gradually invites us to slow down, Brèches and Hajia Ma Sssssecondsight invite you to three afternoons devoted to sleep, dreams, and the fertile spaces in between. Through a guided meditation accompanied by music (Sagacité, Moonshine), this experience creates space for rest and conscious drifting.
Moving between wakefulness and sleep, presence and reverie, we are invited to inhabit these liminal states where the imagination unfolds in unexpected ways. A space to welcome the images, sensations, and intuitions that emerge when we finally allow ourselves the time to slow down. These gatherings gently mark the first steps into Brèches’ new thematic cycle, inviting us to explore these transitional territories, these invisible thresholds where creativity, transformation, and intuition take root. This potential expands when the journey is shared with others: collective presence deepens the experience and opens territories we might not reach on our own. The afternoon will begin with a shared light meal, gently guiding us toward silence, followed by an extended immersion in music and guided meditation.
An invitation to step outside the rhythm of everyday life, surrender to reverie, and rest deeply.3 dates: October 11, November 8, and December 6
